PROJECT OVERVIEW
True Bodycare is a Walmart-exclusive personal care brand simplifying self-care through clean, effective, and accessibly priced products. The brand positions itself as straightforward and no-nonsense, offering real ingredients and really good scents without ever compromising on quality.

Once the core brand identity had been established, my role focused on bringing it to life across multiple touchpoints — defining how True communicates visually through social, retail, and digital experiences. The aim was to create a consistent, approachable, and modern look that resonates with a broad, mass-market audience while maintaining the brand’s clean and confident tone.

MY ROLE

As part of the brand rollout team, I was responsible for expanding True’s established identity across digital and physical applications, with a particular focus on website design and visual execution. My responsibilities included:

→ Solely designing the brand’s website, collaborating with the developer and copywriter to create an intuitive, engaging, and brand-aligned online experience

→ Designing social media assets, POS materials, and advertising campaigns to support the brand’s retail and digital rollout

→ Utilising AI to create imagery in place of traditional photoshoots, incorporating 3D renders from our in-house render team to achieve a cohesive and polished visual system within a limited budget

→ Translating the existing brand identity into consistent digital and print applications

→ Preparing final artwork and production files for both retail and online use

This project required balancing creativity with practicality — extending True Bodycare’s visual world through innovative design solutions while maintaining its clean, modern, and accessible aesthetic. The result is a cohesive, design-led brand experience that communicates True’s philosophy of simplicity, honesty, and self-care for everyone..
