PROJECT OVERVIEW

Innate Naturopathy & Reflexology is a wellness practice grounded in holistic healing, science, and empathy. The brand was created for Sam, a practitioner whose personal health journey led her to naturopathy — a path shaped by self-discovery, resilience, and a deep reconnection with nature. Her approach combines evidence-based practice with compassion and intuition, reflecting her belief that healing is both an art and a science.

The visual identity captures this philosophy through a calming blue palette, symbolising trust, balance, and serenity. The logo design, inspired by reflexology and scientific anatomy charts, visually bridges the connection between natural healing and structured knowledge. The result is a brand that feels peaceful, grounded, and informed — reflecting Sam’s holistic approach to wellbeing.

MY ROLE
I led the brand identity design for Innate Naturopathy & Reflexology, crafting a system that balances clinical clarity with natural warmth. My work included:

→ Designing logo marks, colour palette, and typography that evoke calmness and credibility

→ Creating print collateral, including appointment cards, brochures, and signage

→ Designing digital assets to ensure a cohesive online presence

→ Preparing final artwork and print-ready files to maintain quality and consistency across all applications

The resulting identity expresses Innate’s purpose — to guide clients toward holistic wellbeing with empathy, balance, and the wisdom of both nature and science.
